Collingwood Green Phase II is a smoke free, 68-unit family community consisting of two and three bedroom townhomes, of which 34 units are public housing. Collingwood Green Phase III is a smoke free, 55-unit family community consisting of two, three and four bedroom townhomes with one and a half bathrooms.
